After years of slapdash sequels and a dwindling fan base, the Camp Miasma slasher franchise is due for a revival. And one young director (Hannah Einbinder) is more than up to the task. But when she visits the original’s star—a now-reclusive actress shrouded in mystery (Gillian Anderson)—the two women fall into a blood-soaked world of desire, fear, and delirium.
