Under the theme “Plate Meets History,” we’d like to create an international buffet together—made up of many small, cold, traditional dishes that you’ll prepare at home and bring with you. Whether it’s stuffed grape leaves, potato salad, hummus, börek, or spring rolls—every dish tells a story.
