THE BUILDERS & THE BUTCHERS may not have the answer, but the quintet from Portland/Orgeon explore the fine line between spark and conflagration in the most exciting way on the eleven songs of "The Spark". The fact that this proves to be so much more productive on so many levels is not only due to the current political situation in their home country.
