The successful heart surgeon Steven is happily married to Anna. His wife is also a doctor, which gives them a comfortable life including a dream house in an idyllic suburb, and their two children Bob and Kim make the family's happiness perfect. But when 16-year-old teenager Martin turns up and befriends Steven, the harmonious façade soon begins to crack as the half-orphan pursues his own plans for Steven's future... (vf)
