The Lost Lyrics (punkrock / Wolfhagen) + The Resets (punkrock / Berlin)

LOST LYRICS have been offering fast-paced, trashy and hard, but always melodious punk rock since 1990. Concise singalong melodies with tempo and loud electric guitars - this musical diversity is what makes LOST LYRICS stand out in 2026. And all in German.
Instead of slogans and the usual phrases, however, they offer cliché-free, intelligent lyrics, sometimes with irony and a wink. Not German punk, but punk rock with German lyrics that combine social criticism with personal themes. LOST LYRICS are part of a tradition that has always avoided classic Krautpunk.
All these qualities mean that the North Hessian figurehead of good music will also be taking to the stages of the republic in 2026. Long concert experience and the associated experiences, also in neighboring countries, sometimes with their favorite bands from America and England, are not the worst collector's item. No gig played twice and no record recorded twice - meanwhile ten CDs/LPs, eight of them on the Voerde label Hulk Räckorz (including Wizo), most recently "Freak Preview" in 2020.

The Resets (punk rock) formed spontaneously in 2022 and have been complete since 2023. The three have already played ska, street punk and hardcore in other bands, but here they have reduced themselves to pure punk rock. Pure, simple and a beer in hand. A winking, blue eye and a smile on their lips - off to the dance floor.
