The Australian trio returns to Berlin. With hypnotic improv jazz, they create sound spaces full of tension, depth and surprise. The Necks are considered masters of the musical long form, their pieces develop slowly but inexorably. Each performance is unique - a collective process of listening, reacting and transforming. Drummer Tony Buck, whose precise, creative percussion provides central impulses, makes a decisive contribution to the dynamic development of the soundscapes.
