In THE REVERSE OF SUBLIME, Chaim Gebber-Open Scene unveils a choreographic landscape suspended between silence and emergence. The piece opens in a state of hovering - breath, weight and presence stripped of ornament, where the world seems to fade and the body becomes the sole witness to what remembers, what rests, and what is ready to rise.

From this quiet ground, echoes and memories ripple through the dancers' bodies. They sketch the textures of silence: its softness, its unrest, its pulse. The work does not seek surrender, but attention - a sharpened state of awareness that carries both the resonances of the past and the movement of what is yet to come.

Guided by gravity and breath, the piece transforms stillness into clarity, and solitude into a shared determination.
THE REVERSE OF SUBLIME poses essential questions:
What does it mean to pause? To listen? To rise - not from anger, but from strength? How does a collective awakening emerge from silence?

This new creation continues the company's ongoing investigation into embodiment, presence, memory and relational movement, bringing a visceral and contemplative experience to Berlin's contemporary dance landscape.
