In 2024, Aston Barrett Jr. made his acting debut in the film biopic Bob Marley: One Love, released in cinemas on February 14, 2024, in which he portrayed his legendary father, Aston "Familyman" Barrett. The film offers an intimate look into Marley's life, his rise to fame and his profound impact on global music and culture. Barrett Jr. lent authenticity and a personal touch to the film, cementing his role as the keeper of his father's legacy.
