Synopsis

With no experience and a past she has never faced, 21-year-old Elena throws herself into Olympic windsurfing. As she struggles for control, the repressed trauma of sexual abuse resurfaces. Set against the infinite beauty and indifference of the sea, this poetic coming-of-age documentary explores the fragile line between ambition and self-extinction.
