Welcome to the new season! We are looking forward to a year full of stage magic and theatrical tricks. Before the first premieres and performances really get underway, we are already opening our doors.

At the theater festival, you can get exclusive insights behind the scenes, attend public rehearsals, watch dancers dance or join in yourself. Get to know the Musiktheater im Revier and its international ensemble from a new perspective! On this day, all sections of the theater come to life. And one thing is guaranteed: Everyone will get a taste for it - and not just at one of the numerous food and drink stands. From the bouncy castle for the very youngest to interactive workshops in theater education and a choir concert in the main auditorium, the day's offerings will showcase the MiR in all its diversity.
