In the organizer's words:

A particular highlight is the beauty gallery of King Ludwig I (reigned 1825-1848): Commissioned by the Bavarian king, Joseph Stieler painted portraits of 36 beautiful women from all walks of life between 1827 and 1850. The famous series of paintings, which also includes a portrait of Lola Montez, is one of the visitor attractions at Nymphenburg Palace.

The tour lasts approx. 90 minutes

Meeting point: in front of the main palace on the city side

Cost: 3 euros per participant (castle admission ticket required)

Without registration - number of participants is limited to 25 persons. Tickets are available at the museum ticket office on the day of the event; reservations are unfortunately not possible. Please obtain your participant ticket at the ticket office in good time!
