THERE WE ARE NOW – FOTOAUSSTELLUNG

In the organizer's words:

With the exhibition "There we are now", we are showing five positions of our graduates at the 9th Triennial of Photography - and cordially invite you to the vernissage on June 4, 2026.

Based on the main theme "Alliance, Infinity, Love - in the Face of the Other", the works develop different artistic approaches - experimental, poetic and documentary. The focus is on the tension between infinity and transience: the traces that encounters leave behind and images that assert permanence and at the same time tell of decay.

While some works negotiate closeness and distance in personal relationships, others focus on networks in which human and non-human life is integrated into recurring cycles. The exhibition sees photography as a way of capturing the fleeting - and at the same time opening up new perspectives on the Other.
