Tim Fischer - Chansons
In the organizer's words:
In his new program, Tim Fischer takes a free-spirited approach. He demonstrates that he is effortlessly capable of blending unique chansons from a wide variety of sources into a total work of art that always bears his own distinctive style. Whether it’s contemporary works by Thomas Pigor or Sebastian Krämer, or timeless classics by Georg Kreisler or Jacques Brel—“Tim Fischer strikes the right note in every piece—both literally and figuratively—solely through the richness of his vocal and gestural variations.” (Jüdische Allgemeine)
He is an actor-singer in the mold of Charles Aznavour, who takes on a different personality in every chanson and portrays it from the depths of his soul to the tips of his fingers, says *Die Presse*, Vienna. He is superbly accompanied by Thomas Dörschel on piano, Theodor Flindell on violin, and Bernd Oezsevim on drums.
