The Rausch chocolate factory has been on Charlottenstraße since 1918. Since last year, the Glasweise wine bar has also been located directly on Gendarmenmarkt. Both are united by a love of indulgence. And that we will visit the Rausch Schokoladenhaus and Glasweise during our culinary walk through the neighborhood. But we spend the longest time with Florian Glauert, a Berlin master chef, in his restaurant Heritage. What does all this have to do with Christmas? This Kiezgourmet ends with a visit to what is probably Berlin's most traditional Christmas market.
