It has almost become a cherished tradition to start the wine tasting year with Frederik Grieb and Mathias Brandweiner. Not only because their harbor kitchen doesn't have to decide whether its gastro-bungalow on the waterfront is fine dining or a feel-good inn. Hafenküche is both, and much more besides. Above all, Grieb and Brandweiner always come up with a special concept for our wine menus. Last year we went around the world in five ports, this year we are going to Brandweiner's home country of Austria. And Austria has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. We promise a snow-covered mountain hut, a Viennese coffee house, a fish restaurant on one of the lakes in the Salzkammergut, a lot of charm and artisan cuisine with equally good wines - also from Austria, of course.
