To move with the ground, to bend the wind

Dance allows us to tell the individual and collective stories that are inscribed in our bodies through a language all its own. This group exhibition focuses on the social and political dimensions of dance, which reflects social conditions while simultaneously making them open to negotiation by creating space for reflection, resistance, and transformation. The works in the exhibition revolve around giving visibility to marginalized voices, body politics, power relations, belonging, and community. Dance is experienced from multiple perspectives—translated into media such as painting or video and presented as performance within the museum space.
