A night play about Robert Schumann

Robert Schumann, composer and writer, born in Zwickau in 1810, died in Bonn-Endenich mental hospital in 1856. 46 years of life.

What was it like inside this man, what was his perception of the world? What does his lyrics and music say? What happens when his music materializes in the form of figures on stage? A game with identities, premonitions of another self, encounters with fantasy beings, ghostly figures and doppelgangers.

A Hammond organ M3, texts from Schumann's diary, figures and automatons create a kaleidoscope of intertwining motifs, independent and complementary, forming a harmony.
