Do you love baking and decorating, but are often unsure where to start and how to present your cake in the right light at the end? Then this course is just right for you!

In a relaxed and creative atmosphere, Laura Hörmann from Herzwerkpatisserie will guide you step by step through the entire process of creating a delicious buttercream cake. Together you will cook different fillings and make two types of buttercream - all with selected Rapunzel organic ingredients that ensure the highest quality and best taste.
The cake is then professionally piped, iced and decorated with great attention to detail. You will learn different techniques and design your own cake according to your own ideas. Laura will pass on her many years of experience, her specialist knowledge and numerous tips - in a very practical and understandable way. Of course, there will also be plenty of time for your individual questions.

Water, coffee and some baguette and spreads are included during the course.
The course lasts around four hours, and at the end you can take your own cake home with you - as a sweet souvenir or to enjoy with family and friends.
