In the organizer's words:
We cordially invite you to the "Run of the Seasons", a series of hikes that offer solace and fellowship in nature. We firmly believe that exercise is good for you - especially in times of grief. These walks are an invitation to get physically active as we walk together through grief and remembrance and explore Stuttgart and the surrounding area together.
On our extended walks, which take you through the picturesque landscapes around Stuttgart, you will have the opportunity to talk to other mourners and receive support from our empathetic grief counselors. These moments of togetherness in nature and over lunch together offer the opportunity to share experiences, find understanding and draw new strength in a safe environment.
