Around the world in just over an hour

At the Travel Slam, three adventurers compete for the audience's favor. What is required are interesting experiences and the ability to present them in an entertaining way.

The personal experiences are conveyed in a photo-rich 15-minute presentation. One evening lasts approximately one and a half hours.

The winners, chosen by the audience, will receive the "Golden Travel Sceptre" and an attractive non-cash prize. First-place winners are also allowed to talk about their own trip for a further five minutes.

Presenter Alexander Königsmann will host the evening and will also ask questions (together with the audience).

Taking part in the 7th Cologne "Night of Champions" on August 13:

• Carsten Grüttner (Bolivia & Atacama Desert by fatbike)
• Maximilian Lehrke (outdoor extremes from -30 degrees to +1100 degrees Celsius)
• Barbara Seppi (Italy)

However, the focus is not on winning - but on a community of like-minded people. That's why the show is also a kind of 'travel lounge' for those infected by the travel bug.
The participants listen to each other, get to know each other, and of course this also applies to the exchange with the audience.
