Traverser - Überqueren // Hochseil-Performance
In the organizer's words:
The Traverser – Crossing project explores the themes of boundaries and encounters. Inspired by an attempt to cross the Berlin Wall on an electrical cable, the high wire becomes an allegory of escape, freedom, and the possibility of overcoming boundaries.
Seven participants from Germany and seven from France will join professional tightrope walkers to explore technical and creative approaches to wire and high-wire work together—in the tight and high wire workshop from July 27, 2026 to August 1, 2026, and for the final performance on August 1, 2026.
A project by Cirque des Petites Natures and Compagnie Jellyfish. Supported by the Franco-German Citizens’ Fund.
Audience members are warmly welcome! Bring a blanket, grab your camping chairs, and make yourselves comfortable around the high-wire course. The performance takes place outdoors; please dress appropriately for the weather.

Du findest uns auf dem Tempelhofer Feld, am südöstlichen Ende neben der Skateranlage (der Standort wird in der Rausgegangen-Karte nicht ganz korrekt angezeigt). Die nächsten Eingänge zum Feld sind in der Oderstraße/Leinestraße. Am besten erreichbar sind wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
