Tresor.West Pre-Opening c Consciousness

In August, Tresor.West opens its doors for a special pre-opening night, featuring Consciousness Community and none other than DVS1, alongside Consciousness residents DHÆÜR and Chami.

DVS1 stands as one of electronic music’s most respected and uncompromising figures. Emerging from the early ’90s Midwest rave scene, his path has never followed trends, but reflects a lifelong dedication to sound, community, and integrity. More than just performances, DVS1’s sets are high-energy transmissions—anchored by flawless technique and a deep, instinctive feel for the dance floor.

Ahead of the club night, the Consciousness Community will host a film screening exploring the Japanese electronic music scene and its relationship with technology, craftsmanship, and cultural identity. The film touches on themes such as the dualism between tradition and innovation, the legacy of the No Dancing Law, and the evolution of underground scenes from the 1980s to the present day.
