TRIO CON BRIO COPENHAGEN

The parenting concerts are for all new moms and dads (and uncles, aunts, grandparents ...) who want to experience music with their babies in a relaxed atmosphere. The number of seats is limited and everything is provided in the foyer to make the stay as pleasant as possible. These concerts of about 45 minutes, in which artists of the Pierre Boulez Hall present excerpts from their evening programs, are intended exclusively for visitors with babies up to 12 months of age.

The piano trio repertoire has some impressive new additions to thank the musicians of Trio con Brio Copenhagen, who regularly commission new works. Now they are premiering in the Pierre Boulez Hall a composition by the Dane Bent Sørensen, with whom they have long enjoyed a close collaboration. This premiere will be framed by piano trios by Beethoven and Shostakovich, of which the ensemble has made award-winning recordings in recent years.Supported by Danish Arts Foundation - Committee for Music Grants in the framework of the project New Music from Denmark at the Pierre Boulez Saal
