For weeks, all Maik Klingenberg has been able to think about is Tatyana's birthday party, which is to take place at the beginning of the summer vacation. Everyone in the class has been invited, only the outsiders haven't received an envelope. Maik is one of them. So he starts his summer vacation alone at the pool with 200 euros pocket money. His mother is in rehab again anyway and his father is away with his young work colleague. But then Tschick suddenly appears in front of Maik's garage in a stolen Lada Niva. Tschick, whose real name is Andrej Tschichatschow, wasn't invited to the party either. Thus begins an adventurous journey across Brandenburg with the destination: Wallachia.

Alexander Riemenschneider's production presents Herrndorf's famous coming-of-age story of two different young people who have nothing to lose and who find a foreign country on their doorstep and true friendship on their journey.

The takeover premiere of "Tschick" and the planned follow-up performances in May and June unfortunately have to be canceled due to a prolonged illness in the ensemble.
We are currently looking into alternative performances and will inform you as soon as possible via our website and social media.
All those who have already purchased or reserved tickets will be contacted directly by the visitor service.
We are planning to bring "Tschick" to Stage 3 in September. We will inform you about the dates in June.
