Turin Brakes will release their brand new studio album "Spacehopper" in May 2025. The album was produced by Grammy Award winner Guy Massey. Spacehopper is the band's first new material in over three years and marks Turin Brakes' 10th studio album - a significant milestone for a band that released their debut album over 24 years ago: the Mercury Prize-nominated "The Optimist LP", which was their breakthrough album and went gold in the UK.

The title track Spacehopper from the new album is available everywhere now.

South London four-piece Turin Brakes were formed by childhood friends Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian and now consist of Knights, Paridjanian and long-time collaborators Rob Allum and Eddie Myer.

The Optimist was followed by their most commercially successful album "Ether Song" in 2003, which made it into the Top 5 of the official British album charts.

Even more experimental in sound than the debut, it contains the Top 5 hit single "Pain Killer (Summer Rain)".

Turin Brakes understand the art of musical consistency, and Spacehopper promises to be a worthy new addition to their diverse and sonically varied catalog.

To date, Turin Brakes have sold seven Top 40 singles, six Top 40 albums and over a million records worldwide.
