The Whitsun gymnastics & acrobatics course

Contents:

• Floor gymnastics on state-of-the-art AirTracks
• Bars, high bar, rings, balance beam and more
• Flick flacks, somersaults, handstands & twists
• Strength and coordination exercises
• For beginners and advanced gymnasts

Participants are divided intoage groups from 06-10 years or 11-14 years.

The joy of children and young people is our top priority! In our courses, we place a special focus on learning gymnastic elements. Not only do we offer lots of fun, we also integrate various aspects of gymnastics into one course.

Our experienced trainers are specially trained in apparatus gymnastics and will support you every step of the way. From the basics to more challenging exercises on various gymnastics apparatus, whether on the floor, balance beam, rings, vaulting table or parallel bars - we teach you everything you need to know about the various gymnastics elements. We will also show you how to master acrobatic figures and choreographies on the apparatus, either alone or in a team.
