It’s about strength, control, and confidence. As a dynamic dance style with African roots, it combines rhythmic hip movements, musicality, and body control.
You’ll learn the essential basics and turn them into fun combinations or short choreographies. Perfect for anyone who wants to develop a stronger connection to their body, improve their hip mobility, and discover a dance style full of energy and expression. While dancing, you’ll improve your endurance and strengthen your core, legs, and glutes.
