Would you like to meet new people in Bochum who could become real friends? Then get on board! On January 22, 2026, we'll hijack the legendary U35 Campus line and turn it into the city's most dynamic meeting place. This has never happened before in Bochum!

We all know it: every day we sit on the U35, stare silently at our display and ignore the many people around us. We want to change that now! We'll get you out of your digital tunnel and into real conversations. Analog, honest and with a real U35 feeling.

In this special atmosphere, conversations start almost by themselves. Our guides accompany the ride and make sure that everyone feels comfortable and that the shared route becomes a shared experience.

Choose your ticket: how it works

As space on the train is limited, we work with time slots Choose your suitable slot for a ride here:

1. The "Slot ticket" (your guarantee) Your reserved seat for the moderated speed meeting in the indoor area. With this ticket, you are guaranteed your place and don't have to wait on site. Our guides will take you directly to your seat and the talk can begin.
   Your advantage: You have a guaranteed seat for a complete journey (approx. 15-20 minutes) from terminus to terminus (Hustadt ↔️ Riemke Markt).

2. The "spontaneous boarding" (your chance to get remaining seats) You haven't got a slot or want to join spontaneously? No problem! The outside area (at each end of the subway) is the perfect entry point at our stops at university locations and transport hubs.
   
   We have a contingent of seats available in the indoor area for spontaneous guests on every trip. Simply let our team know when you get on and we'll put you straight into the speed meeting as soon as a seat becomes available. First come, first served and when full, then full!

Our train also stops at the university locations and transportation hubs in between and you can hop on anywhere for casual conversations in the outdoor areas.

To give as many people as possible the chance to get to know each other, we ask you to reserve only one slot per person. If there are still places available on site, we will be happy to check spontaneously whether you can take part in another round!

A conversation in the train is just getting really good, but the slot is over? Or you didn't get another slot on the train? No problem! Our event foyer in the BOGESTRA building (Oskar-Hoffmann-Straße stop) is open to everyone.

This is the central meeting point to:

• Have a quiet chat over snacks and drinks
• Network via our analog event collection
• Start getting to know each other in a relaxed way, even if the train is full
• Or just to drop by.
