In the organizer's words:

At the UFOlino hands-on movie, the smartphones stay off and the tablets stay at home, because: It's off to the movies!

The moving image is at home in the movie theater and can be explored wonderfully there. We watch films that look like a work of art and keep finding new ways to get creative ourselves. We make flip books, lay out pictures and turn them into a movie, make thaumatropes and project shadows onto a screen. Each session offers new films and new creative activities, as well as short movement units.

Children and their companions are invited to attend together, because the best way to get to know films is to watch them together and perhaps fall in love with the movies (again). The event takes place in cooperation with the Osnabrück Film Festival.
