Conversations about the past and present. Christopher and Jobst talk to people for whom punk and hardcore has played or still plays a role. File under "Punk not perfect".

Both of them once drew the energy to escape the provinces from their individual encounters with punk. For a good four years now, they have been meeting up with interesting people who have also had their own experiences with this very encounter. This has resulted in more than 200 consistently exciting and entertaining episodes of their podcast "Und dann kam Punk".

With their former bands - Christopher was the singer in DISTORTED YOUTH, Jobst was active in PEACE OF MIND, HIGHSCORE and MÖNSTER, among others - they have ventured a detour or two to Dresden over the last 30 years. Now they are coming live to Heartbreak to record a whole special Dresden episode live, because word has got around that this is where you can find the most interesting characters and their stories in this city. They will meet Bimmi Breidel, freelance artist and illustrator, but also singer of the powerpop-punk band THE MELMACS. We are looking forward to lovely people, stories from Lomske, Lauske and Liverpool and a bit of nonsense with sauce, and the best thing is: You can be there live!
