“Wood, Reeds and Bellows” is a project by Ronan Whittern and Filip Eraković based on an exploration of the sounds produced by the interplay of the accordion and the bassoon.
At a time when technology and electronics are increasingly present in contemporary music, the symbiosis of these two instruments evokes sounds that originate from the depths of the earth—the power of the wind, the untamed force of the tides and water, and the stillness of the night.
