Sund, from the Anglican sundan, to swim, Icelandic synda, also Sund, from Old Norse sundr, separate, apart, so that it meant a width of water across which one could swim comfortably, a strait.
New and recent pieces for solo harp by composers of the younger generation, including sounds and playing techniques used for the first time. Cassettes and video tapes, glasses of water and a massage device all play a leading role.

Fresh water for the repertoire, so to speak, with which Miriam Overlach ventures into the depths.
