What’s in store for you?

🌀Move, dance, feel—we’ll get moving in whatever way feels right for you. No choreography, no right or wrong—just you, the music, and plenty of opportunities to experiment. Of course, there will be time for sharing in small groups or in a large circle.

✍️Journaling—A quiet break. With pen and paper, you’ll turn inward and see what wants to come to the surface. Surprisingly honest.

👙Lingerie & the Portuguese Quarter– Together, we’ll take public transportation to the Portuguese Quarter. Sandra from SH Dessous will be waiting for us there. Sandra will take time for you—with personalized advice. New discoveries, good conversations over a drink, and a little more self-love are on the agenda.

🌆And after that?Anyone who wants to can simply stay in the neighborhood. A glass of water, a glass of wine, a visit to a restaurant—the evening is ours to enjoy however it unfolds.
