This experience-oriented men's seminar in the southern Eifel invites you to rediscover your masculinity - powerfully, creatively, meditatively and in connection with other men. With curiosity and a sense of adventure, we will set off in search of male presence, genuine encounters and emotional depth.

Seminar description

Nature, movement and genuine encounters between men

In the natural surroundings of the Eifel, we create space for direct, physical and emotional experiences. Outdoor activities, mindful contact and free discussions between men open up access to an original, undisguised masculinity. This is not about performance or destructive competition, but about presence, connection and trust.

A new exploration of masculinity: Topics of the seminar

We make time for questions that men rarely ask - or rarely dare to explore together:

• What does it mean for me to be a man in this day and age?
• How do I experience being together with other men?
• Which role models do I unconsciously follow?
• Can I accept support or do I keep my distance?
• What parts of vulnerability and sensitivity do I live?

Mix of action, reflection and meditation

The weekend combines movement and stillness, experiencing nature, physical activity, meditation, sharing and rituals. It creates a deep connection to yourself - and to other men. You don't need any previous experience, you just need to be willing to engage in a new world of experience.

Who is the men's seminar suitable for?

This seminar is aimed at men of all ages who:

• want to understand and feel themselves better,
• long for genuine connection and honest exchange,
• have a desire for self-awareness, grounding and nature,
• want to discover new forms of masculinity beyond clichés.

Seminar times

Start on day 1 at 10:00 am, end on the last day at 4:00 pm.
