Unterm Radar VII

A project with a focus on non-conformist composers in countries east of the "Iron Curtain" who chafed at the political situation, despaired or resigned themselves to it. They are still largely unknown today, their works were hushed up or discredited - they slipped under the radar of public perception. The last concert presents composers from Poland, Latvia and Romania: Mieczeslaw Weinberg's Symphony No. 10, Romuald Kalson's Clarinet Concerto with soloist Alexander Bader and Dimitrie Cuclin's 3rd String Quartet in the version for string orchestra. The Kammersymphonie Berlin under the direction of Jürgen Bruns with untapped musical treasures that will finally be performed!
