Porcini mushroom tortellini with sage butter, roasted pumpkin seeds and lemon jelly

3rd course
Saffron and prawn risotto with pomegranate, artichokes and figs (vegetarian option available)

4th course
Dark chocolate ganache with cinnamon-vanilla cream and strawberry-mint sorbet
