On February 14, 2026, we invite you to celebrate this thought in the KAWAII Restaurant - exclusively & above the rooftops of Paderborn, in a quiet atmosphere, with time for conversation, closeness and enjoyment.

For this special evening, our head chef and Michelin-starred chef Christoph Hesse has created a unique Valentine's Day menu. Finely tuned, with a modern interpretation and full of emotion, a culinary journey unfolds course by course: from delicate scallops with fresh, elegant flavors to fine eagle fish with an Asian touch to pink roasted fillet of beef with port wine jus and truffled potato cream. The sweet finish is a Crema Catalana Surprise. To set the mood, we serve a glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve champagne per person.
