Vernissage der Ausstellung Martin Feifel in Ecco Meinekes GaGalerie

In the organizer's words:

On Thursday, May 30 ,Ecco Meineke will be showing the first solo exhibition of the actor and painter Martin Feifelin his Gagalerie
.

Even as a teenager ,Feifel was enthusiastic about the circus ring and artistry, soon working in the circus and wanting to become a clown .Instead, he embarked on a brilliant acting career, first at Schauspielhaus Bochum, then at Thalia Theater Hamburg.
This was followed by work for film and television in 1991. He has received important awards such as the Grimme Prize, the German Film Prize,
the German Television Prize...
However, painting has also served him as a form of expression throughout his life.

In an interview with the magazine BUNTE on April 30, he says:
"When my father was dying five years ago, I started painting again, of course also to compensate for my grief. During this time, I created very emotional paintings, two of which I will now be exhibiting."

The "GaGalerie" is located at Reifenstuelstr.14.
The vernissage starts at 19:00 (until 22:00),
the paintings will hang until June 9th(finissage 18:00 to 21:00).
