From September 3 to October 31, Munich-based artist Lena Barsnick will present the latest cycle of my series*THE NEW PORTRAIT* aterste liebe bar. The series reinterprets the classical portrait and focuses primarily on color and its dynamics in depicting human traits and characteristics. Following exhibitions in Cologne and Munich, the series is now coming to Hamburg.
The opening on September 3 is part of Crossing Currents’Hamburg Art Week: Over the course of four days, curated galleries, exhibition venues, and collectives will open their doors.
