Victor Schefé "Two, three blue eyes"

A man, perhaps born in the wrong place, sets out to be free and independent: Tassilo, young and in love with music and men, wants to get out of the Rostock slab and into the freedom of West Berlin. Vacillating between despair and euphoria, he plans his escape. Because he no longer seems safe at home either: "Mother says she'll do everything she can to make sure my plan never works. Her declaration of war is crystal clear - not only as a mother, but also as a comrade." It was like a miracle, but in 1986, at the age of just nineteen, this seeker and stumbling man with the blue eyes arrived at Bahnhof Zoo. Three years later, the Wall falls and he makes a discovery that changes his whole life ... Victor Schefé uses letters, diary entries, childhood memories and Stasi files to create a novel that glows with energy (dtv 2025).

Victor Schefé, born in the GDR in 1967, left for West Berlin in 1986. He started out as an actor in Berlin's off-theaters, later playing leading roles at the Schauspielhaus Vienna. He then appeared in over eighty film and TV productions from "Tatort" to "Bewegte Männer", from 2010 also internationally, in "Bridge of Spies", in the James Bond film "Spectre" and in three seasons of "Borgia", as well as directing and producing "B. i. N. - Berlin im November".
