First things first: Don’t let the name fool you! You don’t have to be a medical student to join the fun. Whether you’re a student in another field, a Leipzig night owl, a friend, or a passionate dancer— everyone is warmly welcome at this ball!

On Saturday, November 21, 2026, the historic Salles de Pologne will be transformed into a 19th-century dream world. Under this year’s theme , “Victorian Masked Ball,” an evening full of mystery, elegance, and music awaits you all. We’re bringing the city together to celebrate and make new connections in an extraordinary setting.

What to expect:

• The Theme: In addition to classic evening wear, we cordially invite you to bring the evening to life with elegant masks and imaginative Victorian-style accessories.

• The music: A sophisticated and varied program takes you from classic ballroom dancing to modern rhythms. There’s something for absolutely everyone on the dance floor!

• The venue: The magnificent halls of the Salles de Pologne in the heart of Leipzig provide the perfect, elegant backdrop for this special evening.
