Villapalooza is back for the sixth time, bringing singer-songwriter sounds of all kinds to the wondrous garden of Villa Kuriosum. On stage: six musicians from Berlin and Leipzig, with roots in Croatia, Estonia, and the Ore Mountains.

Look forward to: Lis’s idiosyncratic songs and expressive voice; Viktor’s Joy’s storytelling and hypnotic nylon-string picking; Jani Dingsda’s scratchy, laconic lo-fi hits; Florian Illing’s electronic fever dream teetering on the edge of the abyss; Laurentius the Profit’s strangely beautiful folk trip; and Mia Ramer’s heavenly harp odes—perfect for a summer day in the fairy-tale garden above the railroad tracks.

- Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. Feel free to bring your own picnic blanket!

- Children are welcome, but unfortunately dogs are not (this is a cat zone!).

- The grounds are at ground level, and there’s an accessible composting toilet.

- Don’t forget sunscreen and insect repellent!

- In case of rain: The stage is covered. If necessary, we’ll move inside the villa.
