The Spanish bassist Vincen García is regarded worldwide as one of the most renowned representatives of the modern jazz and funk scene. Over the last 14 years, he has developed an unmistakable, contemporary sound that is characterized by high energy, precise technique and a striking, powerful sound aesthetic. His playing style is characteristic, combining grooving funk rhythms with complex jazzy structures and a modern fusion influence.

With his first album Ventura, García presented a combination of funk-based bass grooves, harmonically dense jazz and melodically elaborate compositions that go beyond the typical focus of a bassist's album. The album was enthusiastically received worldwide; a second album will follow in 2026, which will be presented as part of an extensive world tour. Today, Vincen García is one of the most influential Spanish artists of his generation and one of the defining voices of contemporary bass playing.

Born into a family of musicians - his mother is a singer, his father a trumpeter - Vincen came into contact with stage performances and touring life at an early age. He started playing bass in the high school band and taught himself the instrument completely. This self-taught approach is still reflected in his stage presence today: his playing is not only technically accomplished, but also authentic, energetic and immediate.

Vincen is one of the most listened to bassists in streaming internationally, reaching several hundred thousand followers and millions of views and reactions, and has already performed at festivals such as the Montreux Jazz Festival (Switzerland), the North Sea Jazz Festival (Netherlands) and the Pori Jazz Festival (Finland).
