Vincent Moon: Live Cinéma

A visual and sonic improvisation in search of the beauty of the world!

Vincent Moon is an independent filmmaker and sound researcher. He co-founded the blogotheque "Concerts a éclair", dedicated to western indie music. For over twenty years, he has traveled the world as a nomad with a camera on his back, documenting popular and sacred music, trance ceremonies and sound experiments for his Petites Planetes Collection. At Akzenten 2026, he is curating his own ceremony with "Live Cinéma".

The performance is an improvised interaction between live edited images and music on stage, making for a completely unique experience. At the heart of its approach of sharing and experimentation, as an endless search for the beauty of the world, "Live Cinéma" stands for encounters between cultures, but also for an ongoing critique of all forms of ownership and borders, in complete transparency.
