Vinyasa yoga with Alex focuses on mindfulness for your own body and ends with complete balance. The class is suitable for people with all levels of yoga experience and is beginner-friendly.
Each class begins with a mindfulness exercise to arrive in the body, which is followed by a breathing exercise (pranayama). We then warm up and practise some sun salutations. We then practise various yoga poses that stretch and strengthen the body in all directions (forward bends, side bends, backbends, etc.).
Finally, we relax in Shavasana and end the class with a short closing meditation for those who wish.
