🌸 VIVA LA VULVA - workshop for women*

A day of self-love, anatomy & yoni massage

Fulfilling and nourishing sexuality always starts with ourselves. We cordially invite you to get in touch with your vulva and ignite the desire within you. In this workshop, we will create a safe and powerful space for you to lovingly connect with your body.

What you can expect on this day:

This day will focus on sharing, knowledge and self-awareness. Nicole will guide you through a practice that will enrich your self-love and give you new, creative impulses.

• Knowledge & anatomy: We will take a close look at the anatomy. Nicole shares her expertise on yoni massage and how you can use it for yourself.
• Self-love practice: On a cozy bed, you can look at yourself with a mirror and explore your own sensitivity through mindful massage techniques. You decide for yourself at any time how far you want to go.
• Take Home: As the crowning glory, you will create colorful prints of your vulva - a beautiful tribute to your femininity that you will take home with you as a work of art.

The workshop takes place at FRAU BLUM in Stuttgart. We are an erotic boutique and at the same time a safe space for lust, love and identity. Bright, friendly and inviting - a place of appreciation and communication. In addition to our high-quality, sustainable product range, we see ourselves as an institute for sexual education and offer space for empowerment, culture and exchange.

• When: Sunday, 01.03.2026 | 11:00 - 17:00 (please arrive from 10:45 am)
• Investment: 119 € (incl. glass of sparkling wine, drinks & vegetarian buffet)
• Participation: For women* and all people who feel comfortable in a women's space.
• What to bring: Yoga mat, soft blanket, towels, fascia roll, meditation cushion, warm socks & cosmetic mirror to stand on.
• Special feature: Those who wish may undress during the practice, but this is not a must.

Nicole is an experienced tantric masseuse and trainer at Anandawave. She is an expert in sexological body therapy and somatic sexual counseling. With her professional and empathetic manner, she accompanies women*, men and couples on the path to a fulfilled sexuality.
