The German-Japanese choir takes you on a journey through a world of sound that blends tradition and pop.
With the Sakura Vocal Ensemble, anime songs meet classic Japanese folk songs, accompanied by the koto, shamisen, and shakuhachi—the latter featuring its own solo—as well as a traditional dance. A concert as diverse as the singers’ kimonos, for fans of Japan and anyone looking for music and culture beyond the ordinary.
