In the "Practical Philosophy" training course, you will learn how to use wisdom to better understand life, yourself and the meaning behind events.

• Discover philosophy as an art of living: understandable, true-to-life and inspiring.
• Gain inspiration for more awareness, serenity and responsibility - for yourself, others and our world.
• With practical exercises for more meaning, depth and orientation in everyday life.

• What is the meaning of life? - Philosophy of history
• How do I live justly? - Plato and his allegory of the cave
• Is there life after death? - Spirituality in ancient Egypt
• Why is there suffering - Buddhism & the path of the golden mean
• How can we actively shape the world? - Living idealism in everyday life
• How do I achieve courage, serenity & inner freedom? - "Carpe Diem" in Rome
