After a triple sell-out tour finale in Berlin's Columbiahalle, Von Wegen Lisbeth are returning to the stage in 2026 - with the big Strandbad Eldena - Sommertour 2026. And of course they're bringing new music with them: Their upcoming album of the same name, Strandbad Eldena, will be released on December 12, 2025.

The record follows on seamlessly from the success of the SUPERCOLOR TOUR 2025 and shows once again why Von Wegen Lisbeth are one of the most important voices in German-language indie pop. On Strandbad Eldena, the band remains true to its unmistakable style - and yet does everything completely differently.

Between melancholy and danceable pop songs, the band has long been a fixture of the local music scene, bringing entire halls from Berlin to Annaberg-Buchholz to their feet and asking the important and unimportant questions of our time. They have always had this precise feel for the absurdities of life: albums named after email addresses, Elon Musk's rebuff in front of Berghain, iPhones in the Landwehr Canal - they weave all of this into their own musical cosmos.

On Strandbad Eldena, they are now noticeably more thoughtful. They ask questions where others have long since hammered out answers in comment columns, and also give space to everyday self-doubt. After all, what do you hold on to when the world seems to unload new crises every week and a state of emergency becomes the norm?
