Voodoo Jürgens & die Ansa Panier present themselves revitalized and revamped as a live band in 2026, just in time for their tenth anniversary. Rumor has it that Voodoo have been working on new material up in the north of Germany, where Heintje once sang about his "Mama".

The first three Voodoo albums "Ansa Woar", "`s klane Glücksspiel" and "Wie die Nocht noch jung wor" are all well-deserved classics of Austrian pop, and they also form a kind of Sturm & Drang triology of early Voodoo.

Now, with album four, a fresh cell cure of the sound is on the cards; a new departure in sound and vision.

The lyrical palette is also to be expanded, leaving the Beisl for the big world out there, as well as the small world inside, the one in one's own soul. The band feels that they have their best album, their biggest hit up their sleeve, and so you can expect a lot from Voodoo and his Ansa Panier live in 2026.
